Benny was born on the 6th of August 1975 and was brought up in Bangalore, India. At an early age God called him into full-time ministry. He had Godly parents – Dad working as a scientist in National Aerospace Laboratories and Mum working as the Assistant Director of Far East Broadcasting Associates of India (FEBA RADIO). Benny earned his Bachelor of Theology at the age of 21 and has taught in Bible colleges and pastored churches. He joined the International/ Inter-denominational organization, Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in 1998 where he underwent training in missions and Bible.

Benny is known as a “WALKING MIRACLE”. Suffered with Asthma for 28 years and with Rheumatoid Arthritis for the last 9 years, the doctors gave up hope on his physical health. Despite 60% of his lungs being damaged due to strong medication and a broken down immune system, Benny is one of the most well travelled musicians today. He continues to be an inspiration to many people through his preaching and music.

Music Ministry

Benny first started of his music ministry when he was 18yrs old by feeding the OVER HEAD PROJECTOR (OHP) sheets for the Bible College Band. No one dreamt that he would be a musician. At the age of 19 he started practicing the guitar by himself for 7 hours a day with Jesus as his teacher. Within 2 months God lifted him up and he became the bass guitarist for the Bible College Band. He went on to learn other instruments. Today his testimony and music has been used not only in churches but also in radio, television and other sources of media.

In Sept' 99 he went to New Mexico, USA to do the School of Music In Missions (SOMM) in YWAM under the leadership of Karen Lafferty – the composer of the chorus “Seek Ye First The Kingdom Of God”. There he progressed in his musical skills and God called him into Music Ministry. He plays Semi-Classical style while solo guitaring and has been a part of many Worship bands as a bass guitarist. His involvement in music ministry has taken him to many nations.
As Benny desires to help disciple Christian Musicians, he has served on the SOMM in Bangalore, India as the Assistant to the Director, Karen Lafferty and helped Santa to lead the SOMM in Latvia.

- To disciple musicians and equip them to become skilful that they may mobilize the gospel globally through music.
