Youth is the most beautiful spring time of life when love blossoms, awareness dawns, life brims and the world stands still. It is the most important period because life decisions are made, ideologies are inherited, responsibilities assumed and freedom is experienced. Yet youth are, that part of human society which is most vulnerable and most exposed to dangers, it’s innocence is exploited, confidence breached, dreams incinerated and interests zapped. When these potential forces are at cross - a channelised youth force steps in to connect, celebrate & commission, meet it's core members.

Its been seven years since i said the YES. And boy how Jesus has led me through a journey of faith. But at the heart of this journey that HE has led me through, I have always felt that special calling to work with young people.

St. Bosco loving called Don Bosco, once said of young people,' love what they love and they will learn to love what you love'. That one line set me off. I love the creative unpredictability of young people, their relentless search for a better world, their joy and enthusiasm and their struggles and frustrations, all taken in the same stride.

And we sit together and share our struggles we see that Christ is the answer to the challenges of this world. We sit, we talk, we debate, we discuss.....we love each others world and discover from every thesis of desire to celebrate life and every antithesis of the struggles of the modern world comes a Christian Synthesis. Love is the answer.

I'm a no-strings attached person who enjoys reading,basketball,music and lazing around. Family, friends and sport hold top priority for me(not necessarily in that order). I believe theres a first for most things and at the end of the day we are who we think we are.

Hey Makushla here. I'm just a city girl who loves interacting with people and getting to know new faces. People term me as very outgoing and I guess that's what I am. To me personality and character mean alot; and joining the Youth Movement has really helped me improve in so many ways. On the fun side my other interests include reading and listening to loads of music.

Hey I'm a huge sports fan which is one of the reasons I'm heading the sports committee on the council. I'm a friendly, helpful, dedicated and totally committed to the Youth group.

Trust in God as nothing is impossible to God and live life the way He wants you to, with joy, a day at a time. Have always wanted to be in the youth movement and am proud and grateful to be a Carmel Youth. It's great doing work for Jesus and working together for the greater Glory of God. Love all the simple things in life, hanging out with friends, adventure, music, sports and life in general. Love to be in the web team as is a medium many use today and together with the other teams we have and will continue to inspire through example - CONNECT CELEBRATE & COMMISSION. Mt. Carmel’s youth movement has taught me loads of things that I never could have learnt otherwise and it’s overwhelming to be a part of the experience.

Everybody actually calls me Nick.I guess im part of the youngest in the committee right now but i know the balance between having fun and responsibility.Love hanging and chilling with friends..never played sports since school.. love watching movies and tv and i pray to God every day that he gives me the ability to fly.

I may be the youngest person in the committee but I am always there whenever my collogues need me. Other than helping them I love to play sports like soccer, cricket and tennis.
